Our classes are informal enough that you can attend any of the classes for your age range.

When you sign up, you will receive an introductory lesson or two which will teach you the basics you need to feel comfortable in group class.

If possible, it's good to arrange to come a little early to the classes, as it's likely you can receive private or semi-private lessons to help you succeed.

It's our goal for you to become confident and certain in your ability to defend yourself. We also insist on you sweating, smiling and learning something.
