Boxing
These Instructional classes teach you the punches, combinations, counters, footwork and body movement of Boxing, "the sweet science". Great workout included.

Cardio Combat
Kickboxing put to high-energy music makes this fun, total body fat burner, the ultimate workout. Put your conditioning to the test in this 'Tae Bo' type class. It's a survival of the fittest workout.

Kickboxing & Muay Thai
Not only an incredible workout, but combine with punches of Boxing combined with incredible kicking techniques and watch your lethality quotient increase. Muay Thai (Moo-ee Tie) also adds knees & elbows to your striking arsenal.

Boxing Boot Camp & Padwork Power
Like to be tested? Need to be pushed? Need someone in your face? Bring it on in this ferocious & intense workout classes. If you are not afraid of hard work, these classes are for you.

Sparring
Where the rubber meets the road. Put your skills to the test in these supervised sparring classes. Professional and Amateur fighters will work with you on technique and strategy. Required equipment: Gloves (14oz min.), chest protection (for women), shin guards (for KB)
